Binary Traits vs. DYNAMIC RANGE

Dynamic Range

Other tests will just tell you if you're extroverted or introverted (called a nominal score). However, We'll be able to give you the dynamic range of each trait in your personality. For example we'll tell you how introverted you may be on your most introverted day, and how extroverted you'll be on your most extroverted day. This is called the dynamic range.

Dynamic ranges are essential because no one is binary. Most sites give you a nominal score.

Knowing yourself isn't about what trait we more resemble, it is about the degree to which we resemble each trait.

Mood/State vs. AVERAGES

With other online tests users are never sure if the outcome is a reflection of your mood (often called "state") or if you are answering the questions consistently. Other tests just measure your state and tell you that's the "type" you are. We reduce mistyping and increase self awareness by averaging the result you have over the course of a year. If you'd like we'll give you your averages over the course of a year so that you can see it is not just your mood producing your scores. This is our averages feature.

12 month averages help make your test more accurate and account for mood variance.

We're so stoked about this. Soon after our Aug. 2020 launch, we'll roll out our (patent pending) "Perspectives" feature. You can select loved ones and friends who you would like to have anonymously get their perceptions from. You'll get the averages of their perceptions of you. Seeing the perspective others have on you might aid you in seeing yourself more clearly, or better understand how others may be misunderstanding you.

Perspectives help you increase self awareness, and decrease self deception.
